RELACIÓN DE LA PERCEPCIÓN ADOLESCENTE SOBRE EL ESTILO DE SOCIALIZACIÓN PARENTAL Y LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE SU IDENTIDAD

Abstract

The research collects information from students of jesus maria, breña and chorrillos (peró) on the perception of adolescents societal parental style. We analyzed and explored its effects on the construction of identity. The variables were evaluated by scale parental socialization styles in adolescence (espa29) musitu and garcia (2004) and the scales of identity exploration and commitment adolescent, zacarés and others (2006, 2009). The universe consists of 153 high schools of jesus maria, breña and chorrillos, lima metropolitana, peru. We used a random cluster sample of 180 adolescents. The design is cross-sectional, descriptive, correlational, performed with quantitative methodological. The results show how socialization styles of parents, combined with socio-demographic characteristics, influence in shaping the identity of their children during adolescence.
