Abstract
Entrepreneurship is one of the pillars in the socio-economic growth of any country. For this rea-son, this study examines the intention of self-employed in a sample of vocational training students, school, and that of Castile and Leon after having taken the course vitamin E, specially designed for this purpose. To do this, we analyzed the association of variables related to entrepreneurial inten-tions (self-efficacy, risk propensity, locus of control and proactive personality) who were evaluated through the COE. Regression analysis shows that self-efficacy had direct and significant influence on intention. Therefore, it is proposed as a mediator between the other variables described and intent of self-employed. The independent variable was self-efficacy (F= 102, p <.00, R2=.68) gave sig-nificant results for: LCI (t= 6.2, p <.00), risk (t=2.5, p<.01) and Proactive (t=8.2, p<.00) no signifi-cant being the effect of LCE.
