Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an increasingly evident need, a hotly debated topic lately. With globaliza-tion, ideas need to be increasingly innovative and competitive so that they can compete globally. Hence the importance of the role of the University in training and support to entrepre-neurs in our society. This article seeks to answer the following research questions: MOTIVATION to enable a self – confidence that will attract the challenge? ENTREPRENEURSHIP is the factor of market differentiation? Lack of motivation leads to young people discredit themsel-ves?For this practical work was carried out in order to know the motivation andwillingness of stu-dents in higher education for entrepreneurship.
