Abstract
The present study forms the relevancy of the Autoefficiency in the emotional and professional development in the person. The autoefficiency refers to the judgments of every person has on the own aptitudes to organize and execute the actions needed in the managing of possible specific sit-uations. (Blanco, 2010). The chosen sample belongs to the population of students of the University of Estremadura, in particular of the qualifications of Sciences of the Work, for considering her to be most adapted for the labor area. The used Instrument was the Scale of Autoefficiency Perceived of Of The Well, “Cognitive Variables and Community Participation.
