Percezione della flessibilità del mercato del lavoro nei Giovani Laureandi.
Arrigo Pedon / Roberta Maeran. pp. 419-425
Abstract
The process that led to a more flexible labor market stems from structural factors, demograph-ic and social changes such as economic and production organizations, the need to enhance com-petitiveness in a global market, the increasing use of strategic human resource as a factor development, the increase in the participation rate of women in the labor market. All these factors greatly affect the concept of work and with it the meanings that individuals and groups attach to the work experience. The changes introduced by the flexibility and new forms of contract, together with the continuing transformation of organizational contexts, who adapt to the technological needs and mar-kets, have led to increased diversification of the workforce factors (age, education, ethnic origin and distribution region) that must adapt to new work situations such as streamlining the reporting struc-ture of the company, working roles more blurred; request for new cognitive skills, social and methodological skills and self-management, cooperation and personal involvement.
To reflect on how young graduates are able to relate to labor market flexibility is necessary to understand the work, both the worker of the company, has changed the behavior, meaning and values attributed to the work, in fact, all these transformations affect the decisions regarding social inclusion, personal commitment and the pipeline construction work.
This paper, which analyzes 102 questionnaires administered to students graduating, he tried to understand the perceptions of undergraduates working towards their future, characterized by the dimension of flexibility, in particular four variables are taken into account, two purely psychologi-cal, self-efficacy and locus of control, two related to dynamics of the workplace such as flexibility and job insecurity.
Will present and discuss the main results.
