Abstract
Throughout our journey we develop basic skills, emotional, social, cognitive and even some more specific as the use of methods and techniques, knowledge of legislation or the learning process. Digital competition is that the future teacher has to acquire at the end of their initial train-ing. The aim of our work is to study, understand and analyze the use of digital learning tools and resources available in the university classroom and the purposes for which teachers and college stu-dents use them in the process of teaching and learning. The sample consisted of 336 students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Extremadura which we focus on primary education stu-dents. The instrument for data collection is a questionnaire. The results obtained show that there are widely differing views regarding the use and functions of ICT in initial teacher training.
