Tecnología y literatura como herramientas de empoderamiento para personas con discapacidad física

This proposal is part of the investigation project “MuseoConstruídoYmiJardínCerebral” (ConstructedMuseumAndMyCerebralGarden), which is being carried out with the support of the scholarship from the Campus of International Excellence, within the frame of the International Programme for Talent Capture (PICATA) of Moncloa’s Campus. The above mentioned investigation is co-directed by the Group of Application of Visual Telecommunications, Department of Signal Waves, Systems and Radio Communications of the E.T.S.I. Telecommunication of the Madrid Polytechnic University and by the Department of Didactics of Plastic Expression from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Madrid Complutense University.
The project consists of the design and implementation of Artistic Activities in collaboration with some museums of contemporary art. Such activities will be published in a specific Virtual Space (Virtual Community) as well as broadcasted at the Interactive TV (HbbTV), so that they can be accessed and performed by people with Physical Functional Diversity, thereby improving their qual-ity of life.
We present one of the activities we work with, the workshop of Literature “Writing Purposely”, held in Leganés CAMF (Centre for Comprehensive Care of People with Physical Disabilities), which combine art and technology masterfully. The data from this workshop will then feed on a blog, pub-lish several books and magazines, the radio programme in Eco Leganés and video-creation activi-ties of students of Fine Arts.
