Abstract
The teaching style adopted by a teacher determines the variouselements of the teaching act, and that interferes with or alters the relationships between them. It should be noted the traits and characteristics of students in the non purely curriculum but in those elements that are related tolanguage, cultural and non-verbal language, which suggests amixture of teaching styles.
We believe that the identification of those aspects which in the opinion of the studens define the most effective teacherscontribute to better teaching performance and provide guidance as to the knowledge of the performance of teachers in their daily activities in the classroom. Data collection was a questionnaire developed for this purpose,aimed at obtaining the perceptions of students in Early Childhood Education Degree on teacher effectiveness. Future teachers of kindergarten, consider that the profile must have a teacher should be more inclined to features and affective-emotional skills aspects of curriculum type, whichare virtually absent in the features they set out as important.
