Abstract
The Fragile X syndrome is a developmental disorder with a genetic origin, which has a very symptomatic variability. This study seeks to review the research that has been developed so far, focusing on some aspects of the development of these individuals and their families. It aims at understanding what is being produced, not to mention some pioneering investigations, identifying the existence of some lines of work directed and very well developed and others a bit more fragile and lacking in research.
